2020 Domaine Mosse La Joute

La Joute is a new wine for the Mosse family. It is a blend of Chardonnay (20%) and Chenin Blanc (80%) and shows the best of each variety. The grapes have been sourced from their own vines for this wine.

Following crushing and fermentation, the juice was placed in used barriques for ten months until it was ready for bottling.

The Chardonnay provides freshness and acidity, and the Chenin Blanc provides the characteristics that we have come to expect from a Mosse wine that uses Chenin Blanc.

It has the freshness and gorgeous texture that all the Mosse white wines display and that lingering Chenin aftertaste that is just so-o-o Mosse!
