Made from organically grown Syrah on the decomposed granite of Harcourt, this vintage delivers fresh strawberry, white peach and alpine herb notes over a fine acid line. Aged in a mix of stainless steel and fibreglass, it’s untouched by oak and all about clarity, freshness and tension.

The finish is salty, sleek and mineral — the kind of sip that leaves you instantly ready for another.
